Lots of people think that you can no longer make sidebars with the new Neopets Beta. But that's not true ^^. You can easily make a neopets sidebar (actually, topbar) basically almost the same way as the old Sidebars ;). In this tutorial, I'm gonna use Paint Shop Pro, but this will probably work similar in Adobe Photoshop ;). Also, the topbar I'm showing you how to make only works in Userlookups and Shops.

1. Open your program
2. Create a new file (file >> new). Size 997x84 pixels.
3. Decorate it as you like
4. Copy the following image (click to view full image) and paste it over the topbar (in PSP press Ctrl and L):

5. Get rid of the black/white space with the magic wand (if unsure, go to the Getting rid of white space tutorial)
6. Decorate the green part as you like (you can recolor it if you want)
7. Copy the following image (click to view full image) and paste it over the topbar (in PSP press Ctrl and L):

8. Create a new layer (in PSP, Layers >> New raster layer)
9. Create these words on each of the colors (your choice of font, font color etc). Don't do anything with Dark green:
Red: Account
Orange: Central
Yellow: Explore
Green: Games
Blue: Boards
Pink: Shops
Purple: News
Grey: Video
Light brown: NC Mall

10. Select the layer that's the rainbow topbar (in PSP, use the mover tool and click)
11. Press "Delete" (not backspace) on your keyboard
12. Save (.png recommended)
13. Upload the topbar to your image host (go to Chapter II of making a website if unsure)
14. Here's the code for your top banner. Replace TOPBANNERURLHERE with your top banner's URL:
