Title: Texture Overlay
Program(s): Photo Filtre Description: This tut will teach you how to create a texture overlay on Photo Filtre (this tut might work on other programs but is tested on mainly Photo Filtre)
Written by: © Akane

In this tut, you shall learn how to turn this...

to... this!

To start with this tut, I will be using Photo Filtre. As I said above, this tut may also work on any other program that allows you do textures and lets you lower the opacity of a layer, but it may not work the same as I explain in this tut.

You have to start by choosing a texture that you want and an image, you would want as your textured graphic. You can use textures from here and sites like Celestial-Star. Paste your image on Photo Filtre first.

After pasting your image, paste your texture on your image or press Ctrl+V.

Later, right click and click Paste Options, set opacity to below 100 to your preference. Next, click Ctrl+D.

Voila! You're done! Enjoy your textured image. After you have textured your image, you may add in Text or other effects!
