Before we start...
Uhh... not much to say before we start lol. But I'll just say that Picture Tubes are for Paint Shop Pro only xD and for this tutorial I am going to use Paint Shop Pro 8, and even though I doubt it, it might not work exactly the same on other PSPs =).

Downloading
First, obviously find a picture tube you want to download. Try looking up Free Paint Shop Pro * Picture Tubes (replace * with your version, in my case "8") on a popular search engine such as Google. Find a picture tube you like and download it to somewhere you'll remember, such as desktop. Okay that was easy, now for the installing ._.

Installing
Now find the downloaded picture tube, which should be a .zip file. Right click and select "Extract files...". Just click "OK" ;). Then close the window if it hasn't already xD. There should be a folder or files that just popped up. If there is a folder, open it and the files should be there xP. Now go to My Computer (should be on your desktop). Go to the "Local Disk (C:)". Then go to "Program Files". If you don't see anything in there, to the left there should be a link that says "Show Files". Click on that. Now go to "Jasc Software Inc" and then "Paint Shop Pro *" (* replaced with your version). Okay, now go to "Picture Tubes". Yay! Now you can see all your picture tubes. Now go back to the downloaded picture tube files and highlight them all. Open up the Picture Tube window (folder) and click and drag the highlighted files to the Picture Tube folder. Congrats! You're done!

Done <3
Just to make sure, open up your Paint Shop Pro and make a new file. Go to the picture tube tool. Look up at the top bar and click the arrow that lets you select a picture tube. Is your picture tube(s) there? If it is, congrats =). If not, email me =P. Good luck with your picture tubes xP! Oh, and remember to delete the .zip file and all the other files that were extracted ('cause it's already stored in the PSP tubes) ;).
