Many think that you have to buy a graphics program if you want to get a different and more advanced program than the classic MS Paint. But, of course, they're wrong. PhotoFiltre is a FREE graphics program that is a lot more professional than Paint, but as I just said, it's free. Doesn't life rock? Lol.
You can download PhotoFiltre 6.2.7 (which I think is the latest version) here. I tested it, and it's virus-free so don't be afraid to download. But, make sure you ask the owner of the computer you're downloading on just to make sure. Unfortunately, it's not availible on Mac/Apple =(. Fortunately though, it's not one of those ebil programs that Bill Gates designed only to work on Windows XP lol. Here's a preview of PhotoFiltre (click the image to view full size):
I have labeled some important tools there ^^ :D. Ok, so once you have downloaded PhotoFiltre, find the file and double click on it to launch the installer. PhotoFiltre should install pretty fast. When it's done, launch PhotoFiltre. Play around with it, and you will soon get used to it ;). To make a new file, go to file >> new. Some of TBT's Program and PSP tutorials may work the similar on PhotoFilre, so be sure to look at those =).
