2. Now copy it by right clicking on it and than choosing "copy". Then open up Paint Shop Pro and go to Edit>Paste as new image. Go to image>increse color depth>six million colors. Repeat this again two times. Then position them where you can see all of them.

3. Choose the magic want tool (). Change the feather to 0-10. Then click on the parts where you want to glitter. Now go to Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add noise. Select Guassian and Monochrome. Set the noise to any number you want. The higher the number the more glittery it will be. Do the same thing with the other two images.

4. Now save all of your images to your own folder. You can close PSP now :P.

5. Open up Animation shop. Make the window a little smaller. Go to the folder where you saved the glitters. Drag the first image into animation shop. Now click on this:

6. Drag the other images to the second and third box. Yay! Now you are done! Go to view>animation to see your animation. Then save your image. Save it as a gif. Then keep clicking "next" until the window closes.
