This technique is too easy, so this tutorial is extra short =3.

1. Open up the graphic you want to make a dotted border on in your program
2. Selection(s) --> Select All
3. Look at the screenies tutorial. The thing you want to screenie is the graphic w/ the dotted border =3
4. Save
5. Upload
6. Done!!!
