Opening Animation Shop
You can't animate without opening animation shop! xD. Open up your Paint Shop Pro, which should come with Animation Shop and then go to File >> Jasc Software Products >> Animation Shop 3. If you have PSPX and higher, that means you won't have Animation Shop because it was bought by Corel and they don't have Animation Shop. If you downloaded Animation Shop seperately and you can't find it, go to Start >> Search >> For files or folders... Then type in Animation Shop.

Inserting the Frames
You've got all the frames for your animation. Now you need to insert them into Animation Shop =). What you need to do is go to File >> Animation Wizard. First select "Same size as first image frame", next. Then transparent, next. Select the first choice for each question, don't click "Scale Frames to Fit". Next. Next. Now you get to insert your frames. Click on "Add Files" and search for all your frames. Highlight them all, then click "Open". Next. Then...... FINISH!

The time for each frame
Yes, now the time for each frame. The default time they gave you was ten, which is one tenth of a second. If you want one of your frames to stay longer, click on it, then go to Animation >> Frame Properties. Click on the "Display Time" tab if it isn't selected already. Put the amount of time you want the frame to say the same in the box. As you can see, they tell you that 100 is equal to a second, which means that 50 would be half a second. Once you're done with that, OK. You can do that with each frame if you'd like. To test your animation out, go to View >> Animation. If one of your frames stays for too long or too short, go View >> Animation again, then click on it, then Animation >> Frame Properties. If it was too long, lower the number, and vise versa.

Transparency
Some graphics like Adoptables, glitters and blinkies need a transparent background. First choose a color (color palette is to the right) that really sticks out from your image, then use the fill tool (toolbar's up) and color in the white background in all your frames. If it doesn't color enough and there's still some white space showing, higher the tolerance (look up), and vise versa. Look at your color palette and choose the first color. It should be the color you chose for your background. Once you've clicked on it, copy the whole HTML code. Now "Cancel". Click on any of your frames. Go to Animation >> Replace color. Choose "All Frames" and then "Old Color". Click on the color to the right, then replace the HTML code in the HTML code box with the one you just copied. OK. Now click "Transparent Opacity" and then OK again. Your frames should have a checkered background, and if it does, that means it's transparent ^^

Other stuffs
If you want to enhance your animation a bit more, you can go to Effects >> Insert image effect. It's pretty cool xD. Play around with it. Psst... you can make color changers with this =)
I hope this helped you with Animation Shop!
