November was pretty normal :P. My sister Paulina had her birthday on the 20th. Annnd, if you live in the US, there was Thanksgiving on the 22nd! Good food, yo. The site, of course, gained more tutorials and the layout was themed magic. I (Nicolette) finally alphabetized the tutorials, so hopefully it'll be easier for you people to navigate =D. The Brain Tree also has polls for the better, and we are looking for a partner BD. I am attempting to start a new guild, so updates may have had occasional gaps xD. The Terms of Usage page was "remodeled", and the "Apply" pages were changed, so the bullets and text ligned up correctly. Cutenews had a little problem, and the staff members accounts deleted and cutenews left us with only 5 news posts Dx. A new "For Fun" section was added as well. Later in the month, Freehostia had down time for the whole day, and I can't stand them playing with their servers all the time, so I am trying to switch hosts ;D. Also, TBT's first contest, "Blog Bonanza" was created.

Just so you know, TBT is only accepting 4 more affiliates to make a total of 25. The reason is, we don't want the navigation bar to stretch too much, and of course, we will never put affies in a scroller ;D.

"Green" Tip
Yes, you've heard of "Water Conservation", but do you know what it benifits? Water conservation can be anything from shortening your showers to stopping leaks.
In the past, water conservation hasn't been much of a problem. In 1900, PA had about 6 million people. Those people used about 5 gallons of water per person each day. Since then, the population has doubled, but the water usage has been multiplied by 12. That's 60 gallons of water per person every day.
We are using way too much water, on average, 160 liters per person each day. Due to global warming, there isn't enough snow which gives us water. We need to conserve our water, in case we run out. We also have to help stop global warming. Obviously, we can't live without water. Here's a video on what life would be life without water XD. If we do not start to conserve more water, we may have to drink filtered sewer water. Yeeahhh...
If you want to help conserve water, here are a few simple ways to do so:
- Shorten your showers- 4 minutes=40-60 gallons of water
- Turn off water while brushing- saves 10 gallons of water per day
- Don't pour water down the drain- use it to water plants
- Only water your grass when needed- to test, step on your grass. If the grass springs back a little, you don't need to water them yet ;D
- Instead of cleaning your sidewalk with a hose, use a broom
- Stop your leaks (!!!)
- Only run the clothes in the washer on full loads
- Help stop global warming
